If you are new to the event planning scene, you may be unaware that these types of things don’t run well without a good idea of how things will flow throughout the event. Events don’t run themselves. If you haven’t thought about it, then now is a good time to start.
When it comes to your catering, a timeline is crucial. There is nothing worse than being ready to serve guests food that is piping hot and at its peak only to realize that the planner has not thought about when the guests might actually arrive. And, what if there is a program that needs to happen before the guests eat? Then, the food service is pushed back even more. This is not good. For anyone.
Instead, take just 10 minutes to figure out how your event needs to flow. If you are unsure about things, talk it through with your caterer. We have done this many times and would be more than happy to help you. You will be glad you did. We will be glad you did. Your guests will be glad you did.
